If the Fridge Room terminal is hung up, try restarting the computer. A login prompt will be presented. Enter "fridge" as the username, and "dh2044" as the password. You will then be presented with a menu option. Press ENTER. Another login prompt will appear - enter the same username and password as before. If none of the above works, please start a paper transaction log, and contact Ms./Mr. Fridge or submit a Problem Ticket to IT.
